He is the Chief Executive Officer of Maria Group International (MGI), and he oversees the global conglomerate with diversified operations across continents. Dr de Giorgio, PhD, is an Artificial Intelligence engineer, researcher, and venture builder with over 10 years of experience in AI, human–machine collaboration, and deep learning. 

He is the Founder & CEO of Artificial Engineering and Clinequal, and Co-Founder of 5xUP Venture Builder, where he leads the creation of AI-driven startups across Italy, Sweden, and Luxembourg, with a focus on Agentic AI, automated venture building, and AI-powered products for healthcare and market intelligence. His technical background spans electronic, computer, and production engineering, with deep expertise in learning algorithms for industrial and extended reality environments. 

Dr de Giorgio  earned his PhD in Production Engineering from KTH Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm, where he also served on the University Board, and previously conducted research in deep learning architectures. Alongside his entrepreneurial leadership, he has held academic and research roles at institutions including the University of Luxembourg and KTH. 

Combining strong technical depth with business acumen (MBA studies), Andrea focuses on transforming advanced AI research into scalable ventures, building multidisciplinary teams, and driving innovation at the intersection of artificial intelligence, product development, and startup ecosystems.

Mr Giampiero Spadaro work across the whole stack, from the hardware and servers up to the application: he builds and maintains web software, sets up and runs the servers and networks it depends on, and handles the hardware. 

His competence stretches across several languages and platforms (PHP, JavaScript, Java, Kotlin / Android, Linux, Windows, macOS), web and software development, hardware and systems, scripting and automation, AI integration, networking, cybersecurity and cyber incident response.
